Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT:
- Payment is done through Paypal via invoice (5% paypal fees have been included in all the quoted prices).
- Currency : USD
- Full Payment of the commission is taken upfront. (unless partial payment is discussed and agreed up. i usually dont agreed to this unless you're a returning commissioner and i trust you.)
- I will only start on the piece after payment is made.WORKFLOW:
- Rough Sketch : You are allowed 2 changes. You can mix and match between the choices on elements you like.
- Clean up / Flat colors : You can request color tweaks at this stage. You are not allowed to change the chosen sketch.
- Rendering / Final piece : No changes possible at this stage.☆ The workflow changes depending on the type of commission. Some commissions will not require certain stages. This is just a general overview.TIMELINE :
- Rough sketches will be sent within 7 - 14 days of payment.
- Clean up / Flat colors will take roughly 7 - 14 days.
- Rendering / Final piece will take roughly 7 - 28 days (depending on commission type).☆ These are subject to change depending on my availability but I will always keep you posted if anything should push back the progress of the commission.What you will get :
- Digital high-rez download link of commission☆ This link does not last forever. So do remember to download your commission once delivered. I'll keep it on the drive for a month before removing it☆ TERMS & CONDITIONS ☆ :
- These commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.- All commissions are personalized items and cannot be exchanged or returned.- My works are NOT ALLOWED to be used as NFTs, or used on the blockchain / blockchain technology, any / all of my works used on blockchain websites and services are infringements and will be reported.- My works are NOT ALLOWED to be changed or adjusted by machine learning or derived technologies, or for derivatives of my works to be created through the use of above-mentioned technologies.
** I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.- I reserve the rights over the final artwork ( I can post them online to my galleries and use them as samples for future commissions. )- I may ask for your permission to sell prints ( You have the right to decline )- You MAY NOT resell the image to third parties (i.e. make prints or merchandise from my artwork for sale, or resell the original digital image for money)- I have every right to refuse the commission if it is a subject matter I am uncomfortable working on.-You are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions the moment you commission me.
